Healthcare Planning invites all interested persons to bring data to the meeting to support any concerns you may have regarding the transition of the Semiannual Dialysis Report to the State Medical Facilities Plan, including concerns related to an annual versus semiannual data reporting process. If you plan to present data, please email Amy Craddock ([email protected]) to let her know approximately how long you will need for your presentation. You are welcome to use PowerPoint and/or bring handouts.
Some SHCC members plan to join the meeting via conference call. If you have a PowerPoint presentation or handouts, please email Amy Craddock a copy of the presentation/handouts
no later than 8:00 AM on November 14, so that she can provide them to the members attending via conference call.
