All State Health Coordinating Council (SHCC) meetings of the full Council will be held at the Wake Technical Community College - RTP Campus at 10908 Chapel Hill Rd., Morrisville, NC 27560. Click here for directions and parking information. These meetings will be held from 10 a.m. until noon. There will be no WebEx attendance option for the public for SHCC meetings.
All SHCC committee meetings will be held via WebEx. Instructions for members of the public to join the meetings will be provided beside each meeting date below in advance of each meeting. WebEx meetings also will be held from 10:00 a.m. until noon.

The Agency posts agendas, documents, and presentations approximately one week before each meeting. When posted, Healthcare Planning notifies the Interested Parties and SHCC via email. Click on the meeting date to access this information as it becomes available.
The Council will conduct a public hearing on statewide issues related to the development of the North Carolina Proposed 2025 State Medical Facilities Plan immediately following the business meeting on March 6, 2024.
