The deadline for comments on the Spring 2023 petitions and comments is 5:00 p.m. on the dates listed below.

March 1, 2023: The Council will conduct a public hearing on statewide issues related to development of the North Carolina Proposed 2024 State Medical Facilities Plan immediately following the business meeting.

March 15, 2023: Deadline for receipt of written comments regarding petitions or comments submitted by the March 1 deadline on statewide issues related to the development of the North Carolina Proposed 2024 State Medical Facilities Plan.

The Agency received a very large number of comments on petitions. Thus, comments that were presented in a standardized letter were combined into one file.
