People may submit written comments on the petitions and comments regarding the Proposed 2010 State Medical Facilities Plan. The deadline is 5:00 p.m. on the dates listed below.

August 14, 2009: Deadline for receipt by the Medical Facilities Planning Section of written comments about Technology & Equipment related petitions and comments.

August 26, 2009: Deadline for receipt by the Medical Facilities Planning Section of written comments about Acute Care Services related petitions and comments.
