All IT enhancement, maintenance, and break/fix requests supported by DHHS IT should be opened through the DHHS IT Customer Support Center via phone (919-855-3200, option 2) or submit your request. For all IT enhancement requests, please complete the DHHS IT Enhancement Request Form and submit via email to [email protected].
If any DHHS division or office suspects a system has been compromised or is being attacked, please report the incident immediately to the DHHS Privacy and Security Office (PSO) via the DHHS Privacy and Security Incident Report.
All products/services will receive support from business and infrastructure sections/units between the normal hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, respectively. In all cases, days of operations are Monday through Friday, except for state holidays. After 5:30 pm, DHHS IT on-call staff will provide support of which resolution is not guaranteed until the next business day.
This list of IT applications receives special support offered from 7:00 am and 7:30 pm.
The training room located in the Anderson Building is available to all state staff, subject to approval of a request submitted on this form. Hours of availability are weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. This training room has a capacity of 19 computers.
