To assist with IT asset procurement and to further the implementation of centralized lifecycle management of IT assets, DHHS IT is required to review and advise on all IT purchases. To facilitate this review, DHHS divisions/offices are required to provide responses to specific questions upon entering IT requisitions into E-Procurement.
