All members of the public are invited to attend public hearings regarding the North Carolina Proposed 2026 State Medical Facilities Plan (SMFP) to be conducted by the North Carolina State Health Coordinating Council (SHCC) on the dates and times listed below. The March 5th SHCC meeting and public hearing will be held in the Greg Poole, Jr. All Faiths Chapel ("Chapel") on the Dorothea Dix Campus at 1030 Richardson Drive in Raleigh. Please note that electronic media may not be used in presentations at public hearings. Individuals with disabilities who need assistance to participate in the public hearings are asked to notify Healthcare Planning in advance so that reasonable accommodations can be arranged.
The deadlines for Healthcare Planning to receive petitions and written comments is 5:00 p.m. on the dates listed below. Late submissions will not be accepted.
