Forms
The following forms are used by County Jails for reporting purposes.
- Confinement Report Form (PDF, 23 KB) Local confinement reports are submitted each month by the tenth of the month. They include the average daily population and total inmate counts for each day.
- Report of Inmate Death Form (PDF, 59 KB) Used when death occurs during custody. Must be submitted within five days of inmate death.
