Documents Needed At Each Inspection
Each of the following documents are to be kept up-to-date and readily accessible for presentation to the state inspector at the time of each jail inspection.
- Annual Review of Operations Manual (signed by Sheriff)
- Annual Review of Medical Plan (signed by Local Health Director)
- Annual Review of Dietitians Report
- Last Sanitation Report (also follow up inspections if provisional)
- Last Fire Inspection by a Level III Fire Inspector.
- Annual Letter from the Sheriff requesting Fire Inspection.
- Last Fire Extinguisher Service Date.
- Last Quarterly Fire Drill.
