- January 12, 2017: For Federal providers, the Emergency 1135 Waiver web page has been updated. Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services Central Office is waiting for the All-Hazards FAQs and the updated 1135 Waiver Fee-For-Service documents to be posted at the end of the month.
- Moratorium on Home Care Agency Licenses for In-Home Aide Services – The division shall not issue any licenses for home care agencies that intend to offer In-Home Aide Services through June 30, 2019.
