Nursing Home Rules
In response to Executive Order 70, the purpose for the proposed rule amendments is to simplify and clarify current rule language, update reference names and addresses in rules, update rule authority in history notes, and add web site addresses to rules. In addition, the purpose of the repeal of one rule is that compliance is achieved through Public Records Law (N.C.G.S. Chapter 132), rendering this rule redundant.
