EMS Rule
The purpose for the proposed rule is to require the driver of an ambulance to hold a Medical Responder level or higher credential so that this driver will then be capable of not only performing the duties associated with vehicle operations but of having medical training to augment the attendant in the patient compartment of the vehicle.
