Individuals are able to view, print or download the plan free of charge. Printed copies will be available for purchased on-line with a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) within the next two weeks. Some individuals may choose to complete the enclosed order form and return it with payment to order a printed copy. If so, please see the order form for details.
