The Department of Health and Human Services is receiving comments on the following report during the period of March 2, 2011 through May 2, 2011.

The Department of Health and Human Services is extending the comment period on the report as published in the March 1, 2011 issue of the North Carolina Register. The comment period is being extended to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on May 2, 2011.
