Notice: Certification Process for a Statewide Data Processor of Medical Care Data
The purpose of the notice is to advise interested parties that the State of North Carolina, Division of Health Service Regulation is beginning the certification and recertification process for medical care statewide data processors in accordance with N.C. General Statute 131E Article 11A Medical Care Data.
If anyone is interested in becoming certified as a statewide data processor for the State of North Carolina, we encourage you to review the requirements that are contained in administrative rules 10A NCAC Subchapter 14H-Certification of Statewide Data Processors. Interested parties are also encouraged to review G.S. 131E Article 11A for additional information concerning the purpose of this process.
